Account Restrictions

• Each User may register only one Account. Multiple accounts (also known as "duplicate accounts") are strictly prohibited.
• Accounts must be registered in the User's own name. Registering an Account on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password.
• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed your responsibility.

If we detect duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be closed immediately, and any balances (including bonuses and winnings) may be forfeited. In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we reserve the right to take additional action, including reporting to relevant authorities.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

6. Deposits & Payments

dz777 accepts deposits via approved payment methods, which may include bank transfers, e-wallets, and other locally available options. Pakistani users may have access to payment methods familiar to them, such as references to services like Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah (context-only references — no endorsement of gambling implied by these providers).

Deposit Terms

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply. Refer to the Cashier section for current limits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or other supported currencies.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment source registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Wagering Requirements

Most Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements (also known as rollover or playthrough requirements). This means you must bet the Bonus amount (or Bonus + deposit amount) a specified number of times before you can withdraw any related winnings.

Example: A PKR 1,000 Bonus with a 30× wagering requirement means you must place PKR 30,000 in total bets before withdrawal is permitted. (This is an illustrative example — actual terms will be stated with each offer.)

General Bonus Rules

• Only one Bonus may be active per Account at any given time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the winnings derived from Bonus play (after wagering is complete) may be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet limits apply during active Bonus play. Exceeding the maximum bet may void the Bonus and any winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots may contribute 100%, while table games and live casino may contribute less or not at all.
• Bonuses typically expire after a certain period (e.g., 7–30 days). Expired Bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your Account.

• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

• Self-exclusion or request for permanent account closure.

User-Initiated Closure

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting Customer Support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding active or forfeited Bonuses) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method, subject to verification and pending wagering requirements.

Operator-Initiated Closure

If dz777 closes your Account due to a terms violation, any funds in your Account may be forfeited. In cases of suspected criminal activity, funds may be withheld pending investigation or reported to relevant authorities.
